Rachael takes a very individual approach to personal training.  Each client receives a programme designed especially for them, focusing on their ability and their goals. 
Rachael has worked with people of all ages and all abilities, from novice to elite athlete, from teenager to octogenarian.  With a wide range of activities, equipment and exercises available, she will develop a programme that will inspire and help you achieve your goals.
